January 04, 2019 The second Kids’ Guernica painting was
created by the sixth grade pupils of Kitakawasoe Elementary School in
Saga-city, Japan last year. They appreciated the first Kids’ Guernica painting
of their school. Then, they decided to make their own Kids’ Guernica to show
many people to express the importance of peace and the tragedy of war. Each of
them gave his/her own idea of their peace painting and discussed in detail to
realize their images. They committed themselves to complete the painting. After
finishing it, it was displayed at their school gym to show many people.
